    To answer your question, the Black Swan did swim right up to me. I was quite surprised as the ducks weren’t so keen to be phgotographed but this bold swan was almost in my face. When he realised I wasn’t offering food, he went over to a nearby picnic bench and walked around a family enjoying a barbecue!! I figure he is fed often.

    Hi there – you may have to travel to see gannets – but I’ve got a long way to go to see nay woodpeckers!

    Gorgeous, Larry. We don’t have this type in our area (Nebraska), at least I haven’t seen one.
