Sunrise Over The Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge
It was near freezing when I took this sunrise photo but the day warmed up nicely for our adventure at the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge. We saw over 65 species that day and I documented some on film (digital that is).

This is a beautiful capture. It is always amazing to see birds migrating, the patterns they form are so profound and there is such order to what they do. Makes me appreciate nature even more 🙂
